Dear Parents/Guardians of Students in Grades 6 – 8:
We are happy to announce the adoption of a new Science series for all Grades 6 – 8 students beginning this school year. These new science textbooks, Prentice-Hall Science Explorer, will enable us to enrich the learning experiences of our students. It will be accessible on-line twenty-four hours a day. Thus, students will now be able to access their textbooks on-line – no more carrying the book home each night in his/her backpack!
We are very excited about this new textbook adoption and believe we are now better prepared to deliver a curriculum which meets all the requirements of the MA Science & Technology Frameworks. If you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your child’s Science teacher (978 640 7846) at your earliest convenience.
